Why Two Versions?
What’s the difference between the Salesforce-Native and Web versions?
The Salesforce-Native version is built for those who cannot let their data leave their CRM for any reason. It is the most secure way to use Factal. The Web Version is built for speed and cross-platform utility, allowing you to eventually query across multiple different tools from one central hub.

Why is the Web version priced as a Base + Connectors?
Because we hate "bundled" pricing where you pay for things you don't use. If you only need to query Salesforce, you pay for that. When we launch SQL or HubSpot connectors, you only add them if you need them.

Can I switch between versions later?
Absolutely. If you start on the Web version and decide you need the "Zero-Exfiltration" security of the Native app, our team will help you migrate your setup.
